A further four people have been arrested and charged as part of an operation targeting serious and organised crime in the Speke area.

Following an operation (targeting serious and organised crime in the Speke area) on Thursday, 3 May, which has already seen 19 people charged with various offences, an additional four men have been arrested and charged today (Wednesday, 16 May 2018). those charged are:

Ciaran McHale, 31 years, formerly of Aigburth, charged with conspiracy to transfer firearms, conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate and conspiracy to supply Class B controlled drugs (cannabis).

Anthony Tierney, 31 years, formerly of Beechwood Gardens, Aigburth, charged with conspiracy to transfer firearms, conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate and conspiracy to supply Class B controlled drugs.

Neil Huyton, 35 years, formerly of Aigburth, charged with conspiracy to transfer firearms, conspiracy to possess ammunition without a certificate and conspiracy to supply Class B controlled drugs.

A 17-year-old male from Speke has been charged with conspiracy to supply Class B controlled drugs (cannabis).

They will appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court tomorrow (Thursday, 17 May 2018)
